Our agency is a private nonprofit organization founded over 165 years ago to serve Northeast Ohio’s most vulnerable children. This position reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development and realization of our highly regarded Foster Care Program.

Experience: 5 years minimum experience in Foster Care

Licensure:
Independent License required
Sample of Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the Senior Agency Leadership Council
Provide strong leadership for Foster Care Parents and staff serving the children and parents
Maintain morale of both Parents and staff members
Oversee recruitments of qualified Foster Care Parents to ensure children are placed in appropriate caring homes.
Ensure all service models meet compliance and all requirements of contracts
Ensure excellent client and customer service is consistently achieved
Ensure all documentation meets or exceeds funder requirements and all timeframes met
Analyze and pursue all new opportunities for best practices and new business ventures
Serve on teams and partnerships to create synergy around the Foster Care Program
