Alternative Therapeutics, LLC is a new (established in 2018) and quickly growing private practice located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We are looking to add a FULLY LICENSED Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Independent Social Worker (LISW) to our growing team. This is a W2 employee position therefore we will be responsible for covering many of your needs and costs including taxes and liability insurance.

Our practice is extremely unique and is looking for a great fit for our vision and culture. We are a practice that incorporates biofeedback and neurofeedback into our treatment model and are looking for someone with an interest in learning these approaches and becoming BCIA certified as a Neurofeedback clinician. We will provide on-site training and supervision for earning this certification as well as financially covering all associated costs.

Alternative Therapeutics provides services to a wide range of individuals including adults and children. Many of our clients come in for difficulties related to ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Trauma and Brain Injury.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled independently licensed clinician, highly driven and motivated, an eager learner and welcoming of a collaborative, team environment. Bonus points if the individual is EMDR trained/certified. A full-time therapist is preferred but flexibility to start part-time and transition into full-time. 

Another important aspect for this position is an individual who is willing to market themselves and be a champion for our business and vision. Compensation is percentage based on income received. Create your own flexible schedule but must be willing to work some evening and weekend hours.
