Summary:
Supports the EAP programs of 50+ companies in the surrounding counties, that are part of WCORHA's Occupational Health Programs and Employer Services. Is responsible for assessment, counseling, referral and case management for eligible employees and their family members. Must be proficient in mental health, work/life balance, and drug/alcohol issues, as well as critical stress debriefings. Supports the managers and supervisors at client companies in the management of difficult employee situations. Maintains client confidentiality according to the EAP policy and in accordance with professional licensure laws. Maintains records in accordance with established department procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides assessment, counseling, referral and case management for individuals, couples and families
Provides advice and support to managers and supervisors re: difficult employee situations
Presents educational programs for client companies & their employees, including Drug Free Safety programs
Provides Critical Incident Stress Debriefings
Maintains positive client relationships with employers to assure their needs are met
Education:
Master's Degree Required
Specialty/Major: Psychology, Education, Mental Health
Licensed Professional Counselor
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-preferred
3 - 5 Years experience
