The Peer Recovery Supporter provides sobriety support services and inspires hope of recovery from addiction or co-occurring disorders. Upon assignment, the PRS will meet with client each week, and based upon need of client; step down as appropriate with supervisor input. In addition, The PRS will educate clients on the addiction model and paths to recovery and help to expand client’s sober support network and connect clients to needed community resources in support of their recovery.
