The Therapists in our Intensive Home Based program carry a smaller caseload of 6-7 clients providing concentrated mental health services in the clients' home. The Therapists will be expected to work on an on-call rotation within the home based team. There is a $1000 retention bonus given every 6 months for this position. Therapists at OhioGuidestone work in a variety of settings including clients’ homes, in the community, and in the office.
