Position: Youth Services Program Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Summary:
The Youth Services Program Manager plans, leads, and coordinates in collaboration with the Clinical Director, the implementation of an array of youth services, including outpatient counseling, case management, and Intensive Home Based Therapy. The Youth Services program manager is responsible for ensuring staff adherence to model fidelity for the agency’s IHBT program as well as other outpatient services for youth. The Youth Services program manager shall coordinate and participate in agency Quality Improvement activities to ensure quality services are delivered to the youth consumers. The Youth Program Manager holds clinical responsibilities in providing diagnostic assessment and screening for youth that may qualify for intensive home based treatment services.
Education:
Master’s degree in behavioral health field with licensure as an LISW-S, LPCC-S in the State of Ohio. Advanced training in diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders as well as in clinical supervision.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of progressively more responsible clinical experience in mental health service delivery systems. Work with severely mentally disabled youth population preferred.
Qualifications:
Past experience must demonstrate strong skills in clinical work, supervision, community education, program development and planning. Must have the ability to manage and track many tasks simultaneously as well as demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, patience, organization, and have openness to the individuality of others as well as strong oral and writing skills Shall possess skills as a leader in managing and supervising others. Experience in providing clinical services to youth required. Experience and familiarity with Intensive Home Base Treatment (IHBT) model. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel). Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records systems.
