Counseling:

Provide counseling/psychotherapy to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and some individuals with dual disorders such as ID or AOD concerns.  

Phoenix provides individual, couples and family counseling.

Case Management:

Provide an array of services within the community to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses as well as those with co-occurring diseases.  

Assist in achieving personal independence in managing basic needs as identified by the client.

Provide symptom monitoring and help clients learn coping skills to relate to others, cope with their symptoms and lead a more productive life.
