Clinical Supervisor: School and Community Based

employees who help our families thrive. We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee therapists in our

expanding school-based population. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities:

Travel to schools and community sites to provide supervision to licensed staff in our School Based

Therapy and/or our REACH, CPST programs.

Provide clinical supervision around Medicaid compliance paperwork and maintain school contract

compliance.

Facilitate effective relationships in order to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex psychiatric needs.

Minimum of a Masters Degree, LISW or LPCC-S
